How to play Bell Dash
Bumba, a small round runner, heads up an endless three-lane track. Swipe left or right, tap either side of the runner, or use the arrow keys to switch lanes. Each key press or tap moves one lane.
Notes appear along the lanes. Each note adds to your chain, and every eight pickups in a row raise the multiplier by one step, up to ×4. A note is worth 10 points times the multiplier. Now and then a wind chime appears instead, worth 100 times the multiplier. Distance covered adds to the score as well.
Blocks fill one or two lanes of a row, never all three. Running into one is a bump: you lose one of three lives, the chain resets, and the runner slows for a moment. You get about a second of grace before another block can bump you.
The track speeds up through the run and is about twice as fast at the end as at the start. The run lasts 60 seconds or three bumps. The rows, notes and chimes come from the daily seed, so every player runs the same track that UTC day.

Bell Dash FAQ
How do you play Bell Dash?
Switch between three lanes to collect notes and avoid blocks. The run lasts 60 seconds or until you take three bumps.
How does the multiplier work?
Every eight pickups in a row without a bump raise the multiplier by one step, up to ×4. A bump resets it.
What are wind chimes?
Rare pickups worth 100 points times your multiplier, ten times a normal note.
Is Bell Dash a rhythm game?
No. It is a lane runner. You react to what is coming down the track; there is no beat to tap along to.
Is the track the same for everyone?
Yes. The blocks, notes and chimes come from a seed made from the game name and the UTC date, so everyone gets the same track that day.
Can I play Bell Dash now?
Not on barumba.gg yet. This is the prelaunch site. Bell Dash opens with the rest of Barumba at launch. No date is posted.
Is it free?
Yes. Free in the browser, no download. Coins are virtual and have no cash value.
